Hey all,
I safely made it back from the sandbox at the end of October and have been enjoying life back in the States. Of course, about the time I get back is when my centipede goes dormant. Sigh. Anyway, I am getting out of the Army in Jan to start a new life in the Southwest. The wife and I are pretty excited! She let me buy a new trailer to help us move some of our stuff cross country (my cub specifically)
Before I loaded the cub I drained all the fluids except the rear end, removed the battery, and put on a new seat cover.
Looks like she may not be used again for a while so I loaded her first and probably won't be able to even see her after the trailer is fully loaded.
We are doing most of our job searching in Albuquerque, but our search area included all of NM, AZ, NV, and some of TX. Don't know how well the grass will grow in those areas, but I'm sure I will find something useful for the cub to do. Maybe a full restoration?
