Original Post (wrong location)
I have a CC 1512D that is giving me problems with the electrical system. What I have difficulty understanding is how, with the ignition switch in the off position I hear something clicking (I think it is the short stop" some type of circuit breaker) . If I disconnect the positive battery cable...attempt to reattach it...I see some slight arcing with the terminal...I'm thinking something is shorting but I don;t know where to start looking.

Help?
1)Where can I find a wiring diagram for this this tractor?

2) I have read where some of these machines need the ground rewired to the engine block...?

3)Should I replace or update the glow plugs?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Larry

I have found the wiring diagram...just trying to get it to download.

Thanks for all of the previous post. I found a wire pinched underneath the battery box...insulation cut just enough to cause an intermittent short. I repaired the short and added the additional ground wire from the battery negative terminal to the engine block. WOW...wish I had known about this years ago...starts with some authority now!!! Steering and gauges are next
