CHARLIE - Are you sure the driver's door isn't Brazed shut?
Those old Scouts were pretty simple & bullet-proof. They may not run well, but they'll get you home as long as it's only 600-800 miles or so.
ART - I still don't think you should have drove by that IH wrecker all summer. You should have offered him CASH after about 2-3 weeks.
