Does someone have on hand, a basic tune up parts, number list? Tryin to avoid the torture of looking and calling around to find them. Trying to source locally before this big storm in the belt! Lol. Thanks.
 
Assuming you have a 1977 model 1450 with the original K321 Kohler:

Air filter kit- KH-47-883-01-S1 or KH-47-083-01-S1 or MTD 759-3547

Spark Plug: MTD 759-3333 or Champion RH10C or H10C

Points: KH-47-150-03 or IH-62189-C2 or IH-62189-C1

Points cover gasket: KH-52-041-11

Condenser: IH-62188-C1 or KH-230722S

Fuel filter: KH-24-050-13-S

You are missing the points plunger rod, new ones are steel, old ones are aluminum and do wear.
 
When you do all this, be sure to "static time" the engine if at all possible.
You will be amazed at how easy it will start and will be darn near running before you can let go of the key!!

What is this “static time”? I was a rental equipment mechanic for years. Just not mowers. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
