I've got a guy that is puttin a QA thrower on his 982 and was wondering if anyone out there had the length of the lift rod for that application.

hey charlie i just measured from the thrower to the lift arm on the mower and added an inch then went and got the closest one to it

Don't forget that the 982 pushes it up instead of pulling it up you might be able to pull it if you put the bolt the rocker shaft where it floats. It is a real bear to push up a 45" 451 blower broke off the arm on the outside of the roch
ker shaft last year sheared off the roll pin in the rocker shaft this year.
