That S/N puts it as having been built in September of 1967 so it could be any of the following models:

71, 102, 122 or a 123. If it has Hydrostatic Drive it is a 123. If it has gear drive it could be a 71, 102 or 122.

If you could post a photo that would certainly help us ID it. Also, so that more people see your post you should post in the main "IH CUB CADET FORUM" area.
