Scott, that would be a parts 107 that I got from Art Aytay. He called it the "UPS Cub". Not sure who or why they painted it brown, not sure about the nut on the filter either.

Here's what it looked like before Art took off the parts he wanted.

Here's what he left for me, (not including the Yellow and White parts Cubs in the back ground.) There might be a few loose parts tucked away in the shed, I forget for sure, so many parts so little memory...

Don"t remember the brand name but some implement filters have the nut for ease of removal. I think it is Fleetguard.
