If you are referring to the spindle belt I believe it is p/n: IH-489399-R1. If you are referring to the PTO belt I believe it is p/n: IH-489397-R3. Check the FAQ on belts to be sure. Here's a link to the FAQ, it's the FAQ #4 Page 1 that covers the mower decks:

correct on the pto belt, and that number looks right for the pulley belt. thank you
