I have a 1572 i got from a lady,i am the second owner and have all paper work on it.I am having problems with the relief valves on the trans, they are leaking,i have took out and cleaned still have a small leak, any ideals thanks

If you did it this way, your only option is to find some good used ones.
The first thing you want to try is (the easiest way) remove the fenders. Clean things up really well around the valves, I mean really clean!
Then remove ONE and using parts cleaner or something simuliar. I use laquer thinner myself.
Clean it up the best you can and blow it dry in all the nooks and crannys paying close attention to the little ball that you can not remove.
After you have it cleaned up, take some Hytran and cover all the O-rings and threads and re-install it. do the same thing with the other one.
Make sure your Hytran fluid for the hydro is NEW and clean and fire it up and see how it goes.
NOW, if they leak again, your only option is to replace them.

The most practical way to cure this problem is replacement, either new or good used (ie: Ebay).

Richard Christensen done a procedure to repair this valves, but it would require a lathe, and welder.
