Good but very short day at Rock River, Kyle was developing a hack that was competing with the steam tractors, so we rode the train, scoped out the flea market and took just a little time with the displays. Saw Bryan at the train depot but by the time I realized it was him he was gone...dammit...

I've been checking in from time to time, when there's time, just lurkin'. It looks like everything is going well here,I hope tonight finds everybody...

Dale-The Briggs version is a Magnetron,a self contained coil/armature that generates it's energy from magnets on the flywheel. As long as the engine spins at 350 rpm it will fire. The only wire coming off the assembly is a ground wire to shut it down. It needs absolutely no outside power source...

John G.-Is your stuff that you can't clean up a graphite something or other, like Anti-Seize? Most of us would rather not have to clean up an Anti-Seize disaster, you could be there a long time. I wonder what it is and why it's there.

Tyler-Yes,the tractor/plow look nice. I will gaurantee anybody, however, that it is a showpiece only. There is no possible way that little tractor even with duals is going to pull that plow and make it do squat. Nice thought though....

Bruce-It's badged as an IH but made by MTD. 1984 and 1985 were the 2 years. The earlier ones ran a mechanical fuel pump in addition to the electric transfer pump. The later ones had just the electric transfer pump. Don't worry about who made it,you won't be disappointed....

Chad-122 is a narrow frame. Wide frames have removable tranny covers, narrow frames don't. There is a couple inch difference in the actual width of the frames,as measured at the front end.
