Kevin, thats kind of what I was aiming for. You and I know that those folks are out there. I could also be persuaded to do cars and such too, but I thought I would start small.

Point well taken. I was just thinking of starting up something to do with Cubs only because I enjoy them and enjoy working on them so much. Im actually at the point where I am very tired of my job/cooking for the masses and severely need a change! Parting them out would be the way to go, with...

Just another brainstorming idea. What would all of you think about a business that restored old Cubs? I know a bunch of you guys do your own but what about the guys who want to but just dont have the time? I'm thinking about starting one and was kind of putting "feelers" out there to see if it...

Any one know how to get a hold of Rich Patton? I had his e-mail address some where around here and managed to not be able to find it! I tried my hand at welding the dash pedestal on my 106 and, well, lets just say I am no welder, just good at melting things! I scrapped the hydro conversion idea...

Looking for a dash tower for my 106, I really buggerd mine up. Doesnt have to be pretty just as long as it's solid and usable.

Thanks guys! Perhaps I will just fix the 106's original problem with the clutch arm mount and restore the 123! I was thinking it would be easier than messing around with all those arms and linkages and everything in between, but like I said I was just brainstorming! I do thank you all for your...

Hey guys! I havent been on here in a long time. I have been doing some brain storming on turning my 106 into a 107. I have a 123 sitting out in my shed and was wondering if all the hydro stuff would possibly work on the 106? Also was wondering if this was worth the effort?

Still fighting with the 106, I decided to take it up to my grandfathers garage. Mostly for space but he has all the right tools to cut and weld steel. I tried to fix it here at home with a hack saw, a bench grinder and a drill press with out tearing the 106 down. It worked for about ten minutes...

Had to take the 106 out of commission till I can fix this small issue. It's the clutch arm mount bar thingy. Seems to be a little weak. Anyone ever have this happen, and how did you fix it? Here are some pics to help. Bruce N. thanks for pointing me in the right direction regarding that...

I have a 42" deck that needs help, it has bits and pieces scab welded on it and is kinda worn out. I guess my question is how far gone is too far to repair? My grandad says if I knew of a good machine shop I could have some pieces pressed into the right shape and welded in. I will get some pics...

    Cleaning tanks

I had some time and nothing else going on for once, so I put that tub back together and cleaned it up to sell for what it's meant for. After thinking of all the people who could actually use it and some good sound advice from you guys it is up for sale.
