Will any parts from a 128 fit a 100 ?

I found a complete 128 with original wheel weights, Garden plow and 3 point hitch. It is a little rusty and not running but ran 4 yrs ago. The is the original owner who bought it new. I believe the wheel weights will fit. I know the 100 is a narrow frame but was hoping the 3 point hitch might work and the parts on the deck which is complete. He was asking $275.00 but told me today to make him an offer. The deck and generator were rebuilt several years ago. I am about to start work on restoring my 100 and was wondering if some of these parts will work. I would love to add the plow to my 100.

This is a question for the main forum but yes, SOME parts will fit. No, the 3 point is different, and you need an undercarriage for a 100. I do believe which deck it is matters as well. I would have bought that already at that price! You can do a comparison with the parts look up, most engine parts, not internal due to 10/12 HP difference, will fit along with some other things. The starter/generator is the same and voltage regulator too I believe. You'll need a narrow frame 3 point lift for your 100.

It's like this one, white space you click and type in. No new threads is correct, it's just one big one you could say. We discuss any IH Cub Cadet there, Original through early 82 series. 128 and your 100 definitely qualify!
