I was excited to find this great forum and have enjoyed looking over many old posts. I do have a question that hopefully someone here can answer. I'm restoring the old cadet 75 that I first learned to mow with. It belonged to my grandfather who recently passed away and I inherited it.

My question is: Were the fiberglass bodies originally painted or just molded in the white color? This one has fiberglass that is in pretty good shape but is definitely yellowed with age. Should I just paint it Cub Cadet white or is there some sort of cleaning I should try? Is there any specific color or brand of paint that I should use for this machine? Thanks in advance for your help.
