VINTAGE-1973 CUB CADET 125 LAWN & GARDEN TRACTOR W/ PULL BEHIND LARGE CART​

This is being posted on behalf of my Father-in-law. Please direct all inquiries to [hidden information] VINTAGE 1973 CUB CADET 125 LAWN AND GARDEN TRACTOR INCLUDES: PULL BEHIND LARGE CART TRACTOR REBUILD: 11-3-2022 MOWER DECK: -No Rust - Repaired, repainted -Repositioned blade spindles for in-alignment i.e. All 3 blades exactly in same plane. -All 3 cutting blades sharpened and balanced -New idler pulley & tension spring attachment. -slightly used drive belt - good condition -new wooden (oak) "nose roller" -new rear deck wheels -will cut beautiful, even-height grass on all mower deck settings STEERING AND SUSPENSION: -New steering box bearings - Total rebuild of Ross steering -Very little "play" in steering movements -Upgrade to steering box w/ thrust bearing on cam follower. Also, upgraded to ball-bearing upper steering shaft centering. (replaces "old" plastic bushing.) -All new "ball joint" Heim tie rod ends. Will last for the life of tractor. Front end alignment to 1/8" toe-in. -Main front axle pivot pin & bore redone. Also, new grease fitting. -Replaced front wheel bearings BODY REFURBISHING: -Beautiful paint job - Top to bottom- No rust anywhere -Seat: Rebuilt & Reupholstered with memory foam base for comfort. -Tires: All newly replaced. Great tread. ENGINE & TRANSMISSION: -Engine timing adjustment to "specs" -Carburetor adjustments for great, smooth running -Oil has been changed - Valvoline 50wt Racing Oil -Fairly recent, professionally rebuilt generator, with new voltage regulator -New battery in 2022 -Totally refurbished control/instrument panel -All cables & movements lubricated to work smoothly -Complete hydrostatic transmission oil change. 7 qt. capacity - with new OEM filter. NOTE: Has a small oil leak - about 1/2 qt. per mowing season. Possibly front seal. -Starts easily. Runs and mows like new. Engine rebuild has maximum 400 hours. I have the original owners manual and multiple maintenance records. **Asking price $1,950 for this BEAUTIFUL "CLASSIC" & DURABLE IH LAWN AND GARDEN TRACTOR

Nice looking Cub Cadet. One error, that model was built from 1967 until 1969, so there’s no way it could be from 1973. I see that it has the optional rear lift. In case anyone is wondering, that mower deck is the 48” deck. Where is this located? Good luck with the sale.
