I SEE THAT MTD CUB CADET sells wheel weights; chains; and a 46" blade. I have a 300 x 10 ft blacktopped driveway and large parking pad. Can I really expect the Cub Cadet to plow snow or is it more of a gimmick? I have little traction on wet grass with my SLT1550, so.......??

I have a cadet 76 that I plow my drive with. It'a a 7hp belt drive riding mower and it'll push up to 6" of snow ( although it needs a running start). Your 1550 should do just fine.
