Scott Tanner... Can't even see the Cub in this mess..
In the restoration of my 149, I had to reline the brakes. This been discussed on the forum lately, so I took the liberty of doing a write up on this. Please see the document below for a step by step proceure. Thanks to Charlie and KENtuk for the ideas... Charlie, feel free to add this to the FAQ's as you see fit...

Scott - I bet it took you longer to write that up than it takes to actually do it. I use to sandblast the backing plates after I got the old pads off.
I charged $5 per pad and they didn't beat my door down ... I sold it all to Charlie including the rivet punch. Those are a pain to do because the rivet hole has to be counter bored in the pad. I made a cutter to do that but I kept it.

Would you believe I don't have a Cub with new pads ??
