The guy says that it is not running but has not offered a great explanation. It's been on CL for about a week, maybe a little more. I am thinking that for $400 there's probably something seriously wrong with it aside from just the motor...

Anyway, that tractor is pretty ragged even if it IS a 782. There are other things calling for my wallet.... Maybe one of you guys would like to grab it.
