1812 Hydro Pump

I have a seal leaking at the stub shaft(trunnion), can that seal be change by removing the snap ring and washer without having to tearing the pump apart? I am assuming the stub shaft is pinned on the inside. It's the one on the right side looking forward.

Yes, the right side seal can be changed without disassembling the pump.
