Sorry if this is another one of my dumb questions. Given 782/1862 wide frame blower/blade attachments. These two tractors have hydraulic lift. Would a blower or a blade that was from a manual lift tractor work?

Yes. Blades are the same. Lift rod is probably different.
Yes, my question is about the lift rod. I don’t have a manual setup to compare it to.
