Steering on a 782

Just wondering what it takes to tighten up the steering, is there a gear box? Just got done rototilling the gardens. Noticed you would have to turn the wheel a quarter turn for it to start moving the wheel. Would've looked at it but it got dark. Thanks

Thanks, it was saying something about adjustment. Is there a manual somewhere that shows how to?
