Serial Number Cub Cadet Model 127

I have a question about the serial number of my Cub Cadet 127: I believe that this does not fit the year of construction 1970 and the tractor may have had a gear change I'll put a picture with the serial number.

Matthias, the "0040" in the serial number is the correct "Kind Code" for a 127. The serial number "341438" is a May 1970 build date. And, for a little more information, the "2050040U" is a prefix for the serial number. The "205" is for a Cub Cadet, the next four digits are for the Kind Code, in this case "0040" which is for a 127. Note that the Kind Code was not used for any of the prior series of Cub Cadets it was first used on the 1x6/7 series. The numbers after the "U" are the actual serial number.
