There are 2 gas tank filler opennings on the front fenders. The owner said that there are auxillary gas tanks up there. Correct?

Yes, two gas tanks. I had a IH 200 series truck (1974 year) and it had the 392 motor in it. That motor was awesome, I would load that truck down with firewood, and it drove as if it wasn’t even loaded at all. And we got plenty of hills here in the Ozarks.
