The dipstick tube, going into the block, how is it sealed?

Permatex would be my go to sealer

I was thinking there is some sort of gromet there. And then again, it may just be me thinking.

No grommet or seal in the parts lookup. So, RTV it is.

Thanks. I have black high heat permatex that I was going to use but thought I'd ask. I didn't see any o'ring on any engine look-up either but it could have been left off. OK, a little goop and push. Thanks
