IH #10 snowthrower

hey guys - i cannot find any info on this - i have found a nice small push-type snowthrower. it is a two cycle gas engine with pull start. it is in great shape, has international and ih emblems on it, and the id tag reads IH model #10

anyone seen these around much? i am gonna make the guy an offer on it but have no idea what its worth - any info you guys have would be awesome, thanks a ton!!
