Having problems with the Electric PTO on my 2084 Super. It is stuck in the on position. I have unplugged the wire and no change so it is nothing electrical. This evening My son and I took it off the tractor but it is really gunked up so we quit for the night. My question is if I remove the bolts that have the springs under them will that allow me to get inside to see what is wrong. I do not have a service manual.

An electric PTO is an electric PTO, it doesn't know it's serial number.
