Which one is out of what??
Whether they will interchange or not is irrelevant if the rod bearing surface is too far undersize.
The bottom one looks to be longer and different than the one on top to me, from here. But then maybe it's just the camera angle?

Ok. The one I took out didn't have the threaded flywheel end. All the ones I've seen online is like the one you have. Thank you for the picture.

omg i didn't see my mistype that crank is a 241 that was cut .010 under that i got over a decade back from Cub Cadet Used Parts
