Can you interchange hydro relief valves?

I found some used hydro relief valves for my 1512, the one I need is self unloading, the ones i have found are the manual unloading kind. Can these be interchanged?

Yes they can. But you won't be able to push it around until they bleed off, which is no big deal IMHO.
