Any idea where to get a brass button these days? I've checked with a couple of sponsors and they are sold out for the time being.
Tom, I believe that they ALL get them from the same source, a talented guy in Eastern Wisconsin named Dan. Last time I talked with Dan he was extremely busy, hopefully he'll get some time to make a batch soon. Or you could do like Kendell Ide did......... or like Jerry Harvey suggested in the same thread....
FWIW, those are not the style that Dan makes. Dan's have a threaded shank. Can't find a photo right now, dang....
