it's the same as it was in the email I sent to you the other day.
The 1100 -Serial numbers- 530001 TO 664996 were made between 10/1974 TO 9/1979.

Also,
The 1100 is not a lawn tractor, it's a Garden Tractor and info or questions belong on the main forum board.

Hi Charlie....The Model 800 was produced in 1974-1976. There were plenty of the Model 800's in the depots for the 1977 model year. The horesepower race was on and the 11 hp Model 1100, which replaced the sloooow selling 8 hp Model 800, began production in the fall of 1977 for the 1978 Model year according to what I have....

Hi Charlie...Nothing wrong with those Louisville production figures...but they do not show the start/stop of models, just the monthly totals regardless of model.

Thanks for suppling me with the CORRECT information.

The Model 1100 replaced the Model 800 which ended production at 572876, just barely into the 1976 model year production. Model 1100 began production with Serial number 621744 thru the end of the QL series.
