I have an older (2005) 1045. No issues the first 7 years. Since then I have gone through four mufflers! They always break right at the weld at the body connection. Anyone else having this problem? If so what if anything can fix this.
 
Welcome to the forum!!!
Some of the other guys can fill you in on how to repair some of those mufflers. I would recommend just buying one from CCSpecialties and be done with it. It will arrive in a flash. (y)
A 2005 model is not old, a 1961 original is old. LOL.
