Nice shots, Kraig. You must have been standing right beside me. It looked exactly the same from my house.

Even with a tripod it's hard to keep it still enough when it's zoomed all the way out and low light. I'm gonna try again when it's back to only about half covered.

Kraig-
It may be a little late now, but does your camera have a timer setting on it?

I use the timer on my camera all of the time when using a tripod because I always bump it when taking the shot otherwise.

Something to consider I guess....

Kraig - I forgot it until I just seen it coming back out here. It's uncovering about 50/50 now

Glad you got some shots for me to see

That's how it looked one night down on the river when I forgot to take my camera

Art, yes but it doesn't help much when it's zoomed all the way out on something that far away, it never quite gets the focus correct.

Correction, it's -11.3° out!

Lip, thanks. Hmmm, were you the one hooting like an owl? Naw, musta been a real owl.

KENtucky, sorry I couldn't get 'em in focus better. I kinda miss using my old Minolta 35MM at times like this, the 200mm zoom and manual focus would have been nice. I think the Sony has manual focus but I've never bothered finding out how to make it work.
