Lift assist?

I’m reassembling a 104 after a number of years and I am flummoxed about what I guess is called the lift assist. Can anyone identify the manufacturer (Brinkley?)? If so, does anyone have assembly instructions/diagrams?

John - don't have install instructions but I checked the CCC parts link and found this pic under the 104 Attachments section, then Helper Spring section. Looks like you're missing a couple parts in your pic like diagram items #2, #5 and #6, in the pic below. Also, I do know it mounts just inside the frame along the left side (and your pic shows the right side). Hope this helps get you one step closer.

John - I told a fib above. I do have Install instructions and will try to attach them here. And by the way, you have an IH Spring Assist, not a Brinly version.

Kraig - Oh Great One, Keeper of the Photos - maybe you might want to add this info to the Manuals sections since it doesn't have Narrow Frame Spring Assist.
(ops - one of my files was a BMP file that wouldn't attach). Hope the pdf file will open for you.)
