I am not familiar with the Fluid Film brand, but unless you like doing it over and over, I would avoid WD.

Steve, you are a professional car painter, right? Do you have to be careful to avoid silicones, and Armor All, etc or you see fisheyes, or pinholes in your work? I heard that from a guy 25 years ago, and wondered if they have made improvements since?

The question was not intended to be related to rust prevention.

I am not a fan of WD because it evaporates so quickly. Good old straight 30 wt might be a good choice.

I always wondered why I never became a painter.

Painter, printer, they're just one letter off from each other.

Now I know: any profession that avoids pizza is not going to work for me LOL!
