Hi All,

I finally got the 149 running, ran it twice for about 10 minutes total. It smoked like a chimney then settled down.

I noticed that the "Palnut" for the Govenor is backed completely out!! I have attached a photo so you can see what I mean...

I got this set of instructions:

But Im having trouble decifering what exactly I should do... Can I just screw the Palnut in and torque it to 15 inch pounds?

I hate to sound stupid but...

Screw it back in snug.
It is the governor shaft bushing and is easily replaced.
The governor shaft, not so much!!
Both are a known source of an oil leak if it and/or the shaft is a bit worn .
