OK, let's back up a bit here.
Just what model tractor are you working on here??
Is it even an IH model or a later CCC model??
My crystal ball is a bit cloudy after all that heat last week.
 
I'm talking about the pin that go in straight in the end of shaft that goes into rear . It a solid pin.
And like I said, yes you can.

You have 3 options in case the shaft hole is loose.

OK, you are talking about the front of the driveshaft and not the rear then.
Got it.
If the pin is severely worn, chances are the coupler is too.
Inspect the slot closely.
 
LOL, I finally got it! He's talking about the nipple that sticks out the END of the shaft.

And NO it's no replaceable, it's parts of the shaft.
I suppose you could drill the end and put a pin in. Can't say as I've ever seen or heard of it being done.
