Does anybody know which creeper this is. It has S W on the breather and I am missing the extension. It is in a 102. Thanks!

It's this one. You can add the extension, but you don't really need it.

The breather in my 102's application has a 3" extension enabling it to poke threw the tin. The gear shift is a couple inches below the tin. Why would I not need an extension and which make is the one in your pic?

High and low tunnel tractors.
If you need an extension it just 1/8 pipe thread.

Like many of the parts and pieces sold by IH, it was more than likley cast/made at one of the many foundrys IH owned.
