Here is a couple Good Cubs for sale,Both in Really Good cond. over all---and Pretty much original also. I put the fenders on the model 71 at about $200.00 cost Tires and all on both are good shape,Hold air and good tread--The front ones on the 71 are wore and should be replaced--But still hold air good. The 104 starts and runs good and mows good--Ready to go work or Great one to restore. The 71 ran fine till here this week, I guess the carb has gumed up a little or something,squirt a little gas in the carb and she'll fire right up! If I get the chance I'll try to fix this on her--Very Good shape other wise--Deck solid and before this carb thing--it run and mowed fine. Anyway--Decided to sale thm both--$1200.00 for them both and manuals come w/them. Both theses Cubs are in Really Good condtion for there age --Be Hard to find any --Thats any better condition and begging to be restored as theses two are. I live in South West Va. right off I--81 Not hard to find Someone give them the home they deserve!

149 #471079 w/QA-42A thrower. Hydraulic lift, rear weights, rear 2 link chains (one link missing), sleeve hitch w/brinly style hitch, lights (fuse blown?), auto relief valves, fender mounted tool box, hour meter w/270 hours since I installed the meter. Needs crankcase breather gaskets and some (more) TLC. $900, and you'll have a chance to get a lot of spare parts when you come to pick it up.

I have ONE single Firestone 23° Ag tire. Size 23x8.50-12 Has some wear and use, it's by no means new, but still has plenty of tread life left. Tread is ½ inch deep. There is a spot all the way around the tire where it must have been rubbing on a fender. Pick up in Kasson, MN (13 miles W of Rochester on US 14) or if really desperate and you want to pay for shipping... I can drop it off at the UPS store. Need room & some cash so she's gotta go

1970 Cub Cadet model 73. Nice condition. Used on 8/29 to cut part of my back lawn - no issues. Engine is a K161 Kohler 7hp, found .030" stamped atop the piston during the valve job, new valves/guides/valve job in July 2008. Runs SWEET and has only an hour's run time on the valve job. PTO works fine. Three blade, 38" cutting deck cuts well. Three speed trans with reverse, no creeper. Working headlights but one is burned out. Starter/generator works and charges. Needs paint to be perfect but looks decent as it sits, hood has been repainted and has new decals on it. This would be a very easy restoration. Battery seems ok, but it's old so figure on replacing it in the near future. Rear tires very good, front have some wear but tread is good. Owners manuals and genuine Cub Cadet Federal Yellow spray paint included. I might have tire chains for it but I'll have to look for them. Anybody want to trade this 147 for a 149 of comparible value? This one runs great, no smoke or knocks, rebuilt #30 carb, new wiring. Has no lift mechanism. Email me if interested. I'll start parting it out in October if no interest. Thanks. -Brian
