I've taken the driveshaft on my 782D apart for the 2nd time because it ate one of those spherical ball bushings that I thought was ok. Anyway, when I re-did it the first time, I made a new driveshaft, copying the holes from the old one. When I installed it, I could only fit one rubber disc at the front. I removed two when I disassembled it. I want to make another driveshaft this time so I can use two flex discs at the front, and I was wondering if anyone had measurements of where the holes are supposed to be. I think I'll just make my new one such that the front spirol pin hole is back further the thickness of a rubber disc. Theoretically, that should make it fit perfectly with two at the front, as the first one I made fit perfectly with one. Any thoughts before I start cutting and drilling?

The diesels cub eat up drive line parts, or at least mine always has and I know of one or two others that seem to be in the same boat.

I would measure mine but I don't have a day to take it apart.
