needd some tec support. engine has no power hard to start. when i try to start it, it just pops then quits. it does this over and over then it slowly gets going. there dont seem to be any smoke when it starts or when its running at all. when i kick the mower on the throttle goes all the way wide open and the rpms go to about half. any help will be apretiated
