Hi Guys, I picked up a 50 inch deck for my 149 to replace my 44 broken deck. I am trying to get it on the tractor however the front round things seem to be about 1/4 a inch to wide. Any suggestions ? I should say about 1/4 inch more appart from each other. I get 1 round thing on the frame and the other will not fit.

I'm not sure what your front round things would be, maybe the oblong shaped eyes that the undercarriage hooks into ? If you ask this on the main forum...top of the page...more people will see it. I don't think alot look at the Machine shop.

Lisa Try bending each arm (finger, or sub frame thingy ) a 1/8" in the direction it needs to go.[ 1/8" +1/8" = 1/4"].Use a pipe of proper size or an adjustable wrench to to make that adjustment. Also check to see if there is any play in oblong eye mounting holes that could be used to increase/ decrease the distance by loosening & retightening in wider or narrower position to matchup attachment position.
