I have an 1872 Super Garden Tractor.
When last I drove it, the power take-off would not stay on, so I wired it in place so i could mow. The next time I went to use it, it would not start. I talked to the Cub shop, very good service from them. I have now changed the power take off switch, both safety switches and the ignition switch. It won't start. the battery is good. When i use a screw driver and jump across the solenoid, the starter turns over but the not motor.

I am wondering what's next to be replaced.?
Thoughts anyone? thanks
Bill S.

Hi, Your close to where you need to post this but not quite there yet. You want CC and MTD machines.
The next thing to do is find the problem. You'll get some help in the right section.
