147 rear bracket

Looks like it could be a bracket for holding a bag/hopper for leaf/grass vac of some sort.
Did the 147 come with a mower deck? If so look at the discharge chute and see if you can find any sign of a bracket having been mounted to it. Just an FYI, the 147 is a GARDEN tractor and you should have posted in the main IH Cub Cadet Forum so more people would see your post.
