I’m not real familiar with the CCC tractors but will the 1450 k321 be a direct drop in replacement for the 1211?

The Model 1211 was made in 1987, 1988 & 1989. It is basically the same as the older IH 1250, later IH 1282 and/or CCC 680.

Will the engines be a direct swap?

If it is an early 1211 with a K-series, yes. If it had a Magnum, you will need a relay to run the ignition since the Magnum has an ignition module instead of points and a coil.
