Dennis, That was exactly what I was looking for... Thank you. The new set of spindles I got had grease nipples on the top of the shaft. Seems like a nice feature but I can not see where the Grease is distributed.

Guys, I replaced the spindles on my Cadet Original mower deck and the spindle belt is real tight. I ran the deck for about 3 min to test it. When I shut it down I felt the spindles to feel for heat buildup. They were hot... Could this be the cause of a tight belt? Or?

I t has been very cold in WI, and I have been cleaning her up... maybe some water froze the plates together. I just purchased this 62' cub and it has been real difficult to stop the drive shaft while pressing in the clutch and looking through the sight hole. I have to use way more pressure...

I can't disengaged my clutch to get my Cub Cadet Original into gear. I have greased the zerk fitting and adjusted the rod that connects to the throwout bearing and the clutch break pedal. Still can't stop the drive shaft from spinning with a heavy pedal. What should I try now?

Hi Guys, I bought a 62' Cub Cadet Orig. It is my first tractor. I would really like to put a small vertical exhaust stack on it. I am looking for some direction on parts and instillation. Can it be done without any machining or welding? Where do you recommend buying a small stack...
