I have an oil hose coming off the front engine cover by the oil filter that oil is coming out of it's about 16 in long hose anyone know where this would have originally went?

Looks like the vacuum line for the fuel pump. If you no longer have a vacuum operated fuel pump, I would remove the line and fitting and put an 1/8" NPT plug where the fitting was.

That hose I think is a crankcase breather hose on the M20, which should have a mechanical fuel pump and not vacuum operated. You must have emulsified water in your oil. The water could be from condensation while sitting, or maybe got in thru the valve covers, or even thru water in the gas if the float valve was not sealing. May want to change the oil sometime soon. Always the way isn't? A snowstorm coming and now this lol. Looks like alot of sleet/ice heading your way, we're getting it now.
