    #4 Cart Dimensions

Does anyone have a #4 cart nearby that they could get some max dimensions for me? I am especially looking for height from floor to top of level box. Also max outside tire width (if they stick out from under the box) and length from back to tip of the tongue. Thanks for any quick responses.

In addition to my previous post asking if a flat belt pulley gearbox from a Cub will swap over to any model Cub Cadet with the PTO output shaft, I'm looking for more details. Does anyone have any diagrams of the guts of the gearbox? How does it attach, or does it simply slide over the existing...

Will a flat belt pulley/gearbox off of a Cub fit directly on an early Cub Cadet with the rear PTO, or what is the difference in gearboxes/shafts between the two?

Can anyone identify the manufacturer of this front rotary mower attachment? I can't find any pictures that are similar to it in any of the Allied Equipment brochures....

Does anyone know Shane Peterson? He last logged on in 2011, and email address doesn't work. He posted a pic back on 7/17/07 of a 3PTH core aerator that is something I would like to buy/build, but haven't seen anything like it - can only find the cheapo pull type core aerators. Anyone know who...

I am still on the search for an original low back white metal seat with the 4 bolt holes in the back (to install arm rests), and original black 6-panel cushion that was installed on the Quietline series. As indicated above, it's for a restoration, so I would prefer the original combo. The...

    Diesel Replacement Batteries

So what group battery should I go with? The automotive battery in my 782D had to be notched at the base to clear the water pump hose. I put a metal hose clamp around the hose to prevent damage from vibration. I also use a cheapo Harbor Freight trickle charger that does a great job of...

    Diesel Replacement Batteries

I did an archive search and didn't find much info re: replacement batteries for the diesels (782D, 882, 1512, 1572, 1772). I saw a post by Marlin H. about a 700 CCA Interstate replacement battery, but their website isn't very friendly when trying to find battery sizes/CA/CCAs. The previous...

I searched the archives for an answer and didn't find a definitive one.... What on-tractor options were available immediately for the early (3 digit) CCOs? Fenders, electric start, spring lift assist and lights? I assume the Danco creeper gear was also immediately available since the...

Ken F., thanks for the info on the PTO kits for the 364 model snow blower. Appreciate it!

Ah hah... found a parts list in the 364 Owner's Manual. Idler pulley and main pulleys dimensions are different with a few other component differences - including the PTO frame. Couldn't edit or remove posting after 30 min....
