Those are Amish tractors....no rubber tires....
 
Those tractors are Mennonite owned tractors. Amish are not permitted to own tractors. That order of the Mennonite's is know as the "Joe Wanger's". Spelling not be right. The are permitted to own tractors and such, BUT must have steel wheels. Even if they own a garden tractor, it must have steel wheels.
