So what is the head and block telling me?

Here are two before and after of block and heads, what can the engine guys tell me about it

lots of carboning,possible leaky head gasket,maybe running little lean with that white-ish valve ????

That exhaust valve looks pretty normal to me. Should be more of a tan color, but I think that's because the white balance on the picture is way off.

Nothing too unusual there...looks like nobody's had the head off in awhile to decarbon it.

Matt it was white for sure, and i've had this engine for about 5 seasons of summer tiller or cutting duties
