OK, this probabily not what you expected, but...
For those of you that have other gas powered equipment with a pull cord, and...
have older sore fingers, this might be for you.
Found it at a box store (L's) for about $8. gonna put this one on a stubborn pressure washer.

Kraig, I was going to use that little guy but figured guys would really be disappointed, to a point of throwing sticks and stuff at me for false advertising.

That's a neat idea for comfortable starting of an engine. I wish I had it for some Gravelys I've had. If you don't turn the engine (built by Gravely) by hand to close to TDC before attempting to pull start it can fire when you don't want it to and almost pull your arm off by reversing the engine. Those engines had/have enormous torque. I'm not sure this handle would even help in that case but it would have been better than wood dowels I have used.
