Need brake adjustment

How do you adjust the brakes on a 682 Interental cub, it is hydro. and when in neutral position still rolls when brake is pressed.

Michael,

The brake set or, lever that flips too lock peddle down has two places,/ notches to hold it in position

I set mine by locking on the first notch that lets the peddle up further.
If brakes aren't worn too bad , turn the nuts accordingly, to put some drag on the wheels, then press peddle all the way down and lock it again for park position.
